Billing questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Every new team gets the Team plan free for 30 days, with no card. If you subscribe during the trial, your first charge waits until it ends. If you don't, your team moves to Free and nothing is deleted.
- What counts as a rep?
- Anyone on your team in Clarity. Seats follow your team size automatically and changes are prorated, so adding someone mid-month costs only the days they're on.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. Your team drops to the Free plan: scripts, call history and results stay readable, and Team features pause until you resubscribe.
- Do AI calling agents need seats?
- No. Agents connect with an API key. Free teams get a trial allowance each month; the Team plan includes unlimited agent calls.
- What are script credits?
- Each AI-generated script uses one credit. You start with 5, and the Team plan adds 20 per rep every month. The starter script and the free tools don't use credits.
