Privacy Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
This policy explains how Abhi Sharma, doing business as Clarity, a sole proprietorship based in California ("Clarity", "we"), handles personal data when you use the Clarity website, app, free tools and API. Clarity is offered to businesses in the United States. Questions? Email live.script.official@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account information. Your email address (used for passwordless sign-in), the name you give us, and the teams you belong to, including your role.
Team content you create. Product descriptions, pain points and other inputs you give the Script Builder; the scripts it produces; A/B tests; and the calls you log: outcome, the objection you tagged, any notes you write, and when you logged the call.
Invitations. The email addresses you invite to your team, and who sent each invite.
Contacts you import. When your team uploads a CSV or imports from a connected tool, we store the contacts' names, titles, companies, phone numbers, email addresses and profile links, plus call history against them. Access tokens for connected tools are stored encrypted and are never shown back to anyone.
Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We store your team's Stripe customer ID and whether it has an active subscription. We never see or store full card numbers.
Free tools. To limit abuse, we count free-tool runs per visitor using a salted hash of the IP address, never the raw address. Recordings uploaded to the Call Analyzer are transcribed and discarded, not stored.
Plan review requests. If you ask for a review after using the Outbound Plan tool, we store your email, the website you entered and the time, only to reply to you. Email us to have it deleted.
AI agent activity. Calls logged by your team's AI agents through the API are stored like rep calls, tagged with the agent's name. Transcripts sent with them are reduced to behavior measurements, and the text isn't kept.
The Weekly Dial-Off. If you take the Dial-Off, we store the name you choose for the leaderboard (first name and last initial), your company if you add it, your calls with the AI prospect and their scores. The leaderboard and share pages show only your display name, company (if you choose) and scores, never what you said. We may use Dial-Off calls, without your name, to improve Clarity's coaching and to publish anonymous research. You can delete your calls from the Dial-Off page at any time.
SDR benchmarks. If you add your weekly numbers (dials, conversations, meetings, and your industry, segment, motion and time as an SDR), we store them with your account. They're only ever shown combined with at least nine other people, as medians and ranges, and we may publish those anonymous figures. You can delete any week from the benchmarks page.
Job tracker. Jobs you track, with your notes, next steps and contacts, are stored with your account and visible only to you, not to any team you belong to.
Usage data. Pages you visit in Clarity (including the page address) and the features you use (for example "logged a call" or "started a test", with your account id but not your name or email), collected with PostHog analytics, and the technical data any website receives, such as IP address and browser type.
We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal data and ask you not to enter it into call notes.
How we use it
- To sign you in and run the product: generating scripts, assigning A/B variants, and showing dashboards to your team
- To send service emails, such as sign-in links and team invitations
- To bill for subscriptions and credit packs
- To understand which features are used so we can improve Clarity
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who can see your data
Everyone. Your Dial-Off display name, optional company and scores appear on the public leaderboard. Benchmark numbers are public only as anonymous group figures.
Your team. Teammates see scripts, A/B results, and call activity for teams you share. Team admins see call notes in the Admin Dashboard. Nobody outside your team can access your team's content.

Cookies and similar storage
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Without them, the app doesn't work. PostHog uses cookies or browser storage to measure usage. We don't use cookies for advertising. You can block analytics with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker, and Clarity keeps working.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account or team is active. When a team is deleted, its scripts, tests, contacts and call history are deleted with it. To delete your account, email live.script.official@gmail.com from your account address. We delete it within 30 days, and copies in backups are overwritten within a further 30 days. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as billing records.
Your choices and rights
You can update your name in Profile, leave a team, or (as an admin) delete a team at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email live.script.official@gmail.com to make a request. We'll verify the request comes from you and respond within the time required by applicable law (45 days under California law).
California privacy rights
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to ask us to delete or correct it; and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We collect the categories described above (identifiers such as name and email, commercial information such as billing status, internet activity such as pages visited, and the professional information you or your team enter), for the purposes described above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we don't use or disclose sensitive personal information. You can make a request, or have an authorized agent make one, by emailing live.script.official@gmail.com.
Prospect data
Imported contacts, call notes and A/B results are about people you contact. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to call and record notes about prospects, and for honoring opt-outs and do-not-call requests.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and integration tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted by team at the database level, so one team's data can't be read by another. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee security. Please use a work email you control. If a breach affects your personal data, we'll notify you as the law requires.
Children
Clarity is a business tool and isn't intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes, and notify account owners by email of material changes.
