Accessibility
Last updated October 25, 2026
We want every rep and manager to be able to use Clarity, including people who use assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We have not yet completed a formal audit, so we can't claim full conformance today.
What works today
- Sign-in uses an emailed link, so there's no password or CAPTCHA to get past
- Call Mode can be used entirely from the keyboard: keys 1–5 log a call outcome
- Results are shown as numbers and labels, not by color alone
- Layouts adapt to small screens and browser zoom
Known gaps we're working on
- Some menus and dialogs haven't been fully tested with screen readers
- A few gray-on-white text styles may fall below recommended contrast
- Charts on the dashboard don't yet have full text alternatives beyond their tables
Feedback
If something in Clarity is hard to use with your setup, email live.script.official@gmail.com and tell us the page and the tool you use, such as a screen reader or magnification. We aim to reply within 5 business days and will help you get done what you need in the meantime.
