Account setup

1. Sign in
Go to Sign in and enter your work email. We'll email you a magic link. There's no password to remember. Open the link on the same device and browser you requested it from.
Didn't get it? Check spam or promotions, wait a minute, and request a new link. Each link works once and expires.
2. Tell us your name
The first time you sign in, we ask what to call you. Your teammates see this name on leaderboards and in the call log. You can change it any time under Profile.
3. Create or join a team
Everything in Clarity (scripts, A/B tests, calls) belongs to a team.
- Starting fresh? Choose Create Workspace and name it after your company or SDR pod. You become its admin.
- Invited by someone? Open the link in your invite email, or find the invite under Your Invitations on the start page, and click Join.
You can belong to several teams and switch between them from the menu at the top of the sidebar.
4. Invite your reps
Go to Settings → Members, enter each rep's email, and click Send invites. Each person gets an email with a link to join.
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Member | Build scripts, run A/B tests, log calls, see team results |
| Admin | Everything a member can, plus change roles, remove members, delete the team, open the Admin Dashboard, and invite other admins |
5. Run your first A/B test
- Open Script Builder and build two scripts for the same product with different angles.
- Open A/B Tests and start a test with both scripts.
- Reps open Call Mode, pick the test, and log every dial. Clarity gives each rep whichever variant they've used least.
Results show on your Home dashboard as calls come in. Read more in the docs.
Credits and billing
New accounts start with 5 script credits. Each generated script uses one, and a failed generation refunds it automatically. Admins manage the team's subscription and buy more credits under Settings → Billing.
Leaving or deleting a team
Under Settings → General, anyone can leave a team, and admins can delete it. Deleting a team permanently removes its scripts, tests and call history.
