Call Mode

Call Mode is where reps spend their day.

  1. Pick a running A/B test (or a single script).
  2. Read the script Clarity assigns you.
  3. After the call, log the outcome: No answer, Voicemail, Gatekeeper, Connected or Meeting booked.

Press keys 1–5 to log an outcome without touching the mouse. If the prospect pushed back, tag the objection first, and add notes if you like.

Logged the wrong thing? Hit Undo in your recent calls.

The battle card

When you click Call (or I'm on a call if you dial from somewhere else), a call timer starts and the left side switches to the battle card:

  • Stages: Open → Discover → Prove → Ask, with the goal of each and your script's lines for it.
  • They said…: one tap on the objection you just heard shows your script's response, or a proven framework if the script doesn't cover it, and tags that objection on the call.
  • Voicemail script: ready if nobody picks up.

Practice calls

Under Call Lists, Add practice list creates five fictional prospects on reserved 555-01xx test numbers. Call one and an AI plays the prospect: guarded at first, raising real objections, and only agreeing to a meeting if you earn it. Type or speak (Chrome, Edge, Safari), and the prospect can talk back.

Hang up to get a scorecard: 0–10 per stage, whether you booked the meeting, which objections you handled, and quotes of what you said with a better alternative. Admins see practice totals on the Admin Dashboard. Practice calls never count in A/B results. There's a limit of 15 practice calls per rep per day.
