Practice calls

Practice lives at Practice in the sidebar (or g then p).

Start a call

  1. Pick a script, or practice without one.
  2. Pick who picks up: the persona the AI plays, such as a busy VP of Finance.
  3. Talk or type. The prospect answers, pushes back with real objections, and only agrees to a meeting if you earn it.

Hang up & get feedback ends the call and scores it.

The scorecard

You get a score out of 10 for each stage (open, discover, prove, ask), whether you booked the meeting, the objections you handled, and one thing to do next time.

Every "You said" quote is checked against what you actually said. Anything that doesn't match is dropped, so the scorecard never puts words in your mouth.

Voice

Press the microphone, speak, and press it again to send. Speech is turned into text on your device, so your voice never leaves your browser. The first time, it downloads a speech model (about 65 MB) while the call is starting.

The prospect speaks with a natural voice on computers with a strong graphics card, and with your system's best voice everywhere else. Use the speaker button to mute it.

Share and challenge

After a call, Share with your team posts your score so teammates can see it and take the same call to try to beat it. Only you and your managers can read the transcript; teammates see the score and the tips.

Limits and privacy

  • Practice calls never count in your A/B tests or dashboard numbers.
